[Rails] does rails make you feel dirty?

With rails, I develop webapps so fast, they feel rushed, even when I'm
trying to take my time and spend a lot of attention to detail. I'm
doing in days what would take me weeks or even months in perl, and I
just can't shake this feeling that I'm doing something wrong, like I'm
forgetting some major piece of the puzzle, and that when I go live
with the site it'll be a case of "the emperor has no clothes".

How do other people cope with the incredible speed of rails development?
