[Rails] [Instiki] Instiki goes on Trac

**Instiki has moved from Ruby Forge 
<http://www.instiki.org/show/RubyForge> to Instiki’s very own Trac 
instance <http://dev.instiki.org>.

Instiki sources are now on Subversion 
<http://svn.instiki.org/instiki/trunk,> and, the most important thing, 
there is an issue tracker <http://dev.instiki.org/newticket> – which is 
a much better way to report bugs and contribute patches to this project.
