Thanks guys. It seems I accidentally packaged up the "Development" 
build instead of the "Deployment" build, so there were a bunch of 
problems. Is it ok if I contact you guys off-list to coordinate another 
test round? Don't want to flood these nice rails folks with too much OT 
chat :-)
