[Rails] [Instiki] Call for contributors

I've got a version of v0.9.2 that should work on other boxes. Took
some tweaking of the .xcode project (gah... who puts absolute paths
into a build script in CVS??). Anybody can feel free to give it a
whirl. Grab it from:
http://hiro.blahr.com/dev/instiki-0.9.2.dmg
