Subject
[Rails] rails on windows?

hi all,

i'm new at rails, new at ruby.

i've installed ruby (1.82.) and rails on windows 2000

so, two questions.

one:, the mysql gem is giving me a "Failed to build gem native
extension." by the way, i also get this error when installing on my linux
box at home.

two: can i run rails on IIS?
