[Rails] [OT] Shell host

Off topic for a sec - I noticed a few users in the mailing list were
from Germany.  Do any of you (or anyone else) have a recommendation for
a hosting provider in Germany (that speaks English) and provides SSH
access to the vhost? (or it could simply be a shell account plan).  It's
for some network monitoring needs (no, it's not spam :) ).  Needs to be
reliable (i.e. not a garage shop behind a single T-1)
