Well, it's already open sourced, that was my plan from the beginning. 
Development stalled because of my personal problems with time and now 
I want to start it again, since I still need a good CMS for my biz. 
If I'll recieve any positive response about what I already did, then I 
hope there will be release with many bugfixes and improvements soon.
