change is possible =)
i really think it's a better idea to get the designer more integrated
into
the process. otherwise you will end up with ton's of situations where
the designer will ask why something looks different/isn't displayed/etc.
i think it's better to get the designer work as close to the real thing
as possible. that also avoids wasting time.

like jarkko said, whats the difference? what will you do it you need
localized
text in javascripts, etc?
