[Rails] Redirect from site root

Hi folks,

This is probably a simple FAQ, but I'm trying to figure out the right
way to map the site root (e.g., http://foo.com) to a particular
controller (e.g., http://foo.com/site_pages/).  Is there a standard
way of doing this? I assume it varies depending on Webbrick, Apache,
etc. Thanks for any guidance.
