Neither Ctrl-C nor Ctrl-Break work for me. I end the task in Task
Manager. Ctrl-C used to work before 0.8, so something changed.
I also noticed that with 0.8 Webrick now binds by default to
127.0.0.1, which makes it inaccessible from another machine (you have
to specifically bind it to the IP of the machine if you want to access
it from somewhere else).
