[Rails] (no subject)

Hi,

How would I add new load path for the rail app to use?  I'd like
to be able to require files from external directories.  I tried adding
it to $: config/environments/production and dispatch.cgi, but it
does not seem to take effect while rendering the page (it still could
not find the required file)
