[Locomotive-users] Problem with connecting to Rails Application after installing Jan 7 Bundle

I am also having the same problems as other users when trying to start 
an application from Locomotive 2.08 and the Jan 07 bundle. It basically 
says that 'Safari can't connect to the server'.

It seems that the mongrel server is not starting when you start the 
application. I am not getting any logging in the mongrel log.

If you start the server manually everything works fine. I started it by 
running the server script which is exactly what you would do if you 
didn't have Locomotive.

Anyway, I hope this helps to narrow down the problem.
