It comes with the StandardRailsJan2007 bundle with Rails 1.2.1 instead of
the Sept2006 bundle with Rails 1.1.6.  The Locomotive application itself is
unchanged.  If you already have the Locomotive application, but not the
bundle, you may download that separately from the bundles page:
http://locomotive.raaum.org/bundles
