[Locomotive-users] Application not visible on localhost:3000

I installed Locomotive on OS X 10.4. The install went fine and I was able to
set up an application however nothing showed up on port 3000 when I ran a
port scan on localhost. I also get server not found at 127.0.0.1:3000/
I did start the application
I tried changing to port 3001
I tried with and without firewall
What should I try next?
