[Locomotive-users] problem with last bundle

Check the RAILS_GEM_VERSION setting in your environment.  It's  
probably locked to the older version number, which since you're using  
a new bundle doesn't exist & thus won't start.  New apps created will  
work since they will enter the current rails version in that  
constant.  Update it to the version in your current bundle & all  
should be fine.
