[Locomotive-users] rake migrate

Hi,

I've installed the latest version of Locomotive on PowerMac G4 and  
have been going through the 'Getting Started' tutorial, which seems  
to be going fine, until I do 'rake migrate' and the it says this:-

(in /Users/tedskilbeck/Documents/myApp)
rake aborted!
Unknown database 'myapp_development'

I've looked at the --trace, but I'm none the wiser, help would be  
appreciated.
