[Locomotive-users] new installation breaking Rmagick

hi
installed the latest Locomotive update and bundle, but now it's  
killing my rails applications.
getting the following error:
/Applications/Locomotive2/Bundles/standardRailsSept2006.locobundle/ 
powerpc/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/rubygems/custom_require.rb:27:in  
`gem_original_require': no such file to load -- RMagick

on a PPC running 10.4.7

any ideas?
