[Locomotive-users] totally new user wonders what to do next

Folks, I just downloaded the Locomotive bundle to my Mac and performed the
drag-and-drop to an install folder per the Web site, which says
installation is as easy as a single drag and drop.  So I dragged and
dropped into /Developer/LocomotiveBundles.  Then I found nothing executable
that didn't require an argument that I had no knowledge of.  In the
rails112-rmagick_ppc.locobundle directory I found environment.plist and
edited it manually.  Was that correct?  Now what?  Can you point me to
something I can run like the GUI app that is shown on the Locomotive Web
page?  I'm running OS X 10.3.9.
