As far as I can tell, trying to configure RadRails to use Locomotive bundles
in RadRails has never really worked...  I'm not entirely sure why, but the
Eclipse configuration setup is very inflexible.  However, I have been told
that if you start radrails from a Locomotive-opened terminal like so:

  open /Applications/RadRails/RadRails.app

things work, but I haven't investigated this in detail myself.

Overall, the locomotive install is very clean but it would need some
