[Locomotive-users] Script/plugin discover fails

This might not be a locomotive problem, and maybe something is setup odd in
my configuration (though heck if I know what), but this doesn¹t work

script/plugin discover

When I run that, I get the usual list of repositories to select (and add).
Even if I select Œn¹ for all new repositories, at the end I always get this
error:
