No i don't have Apple Develoment Tools .
pure ruby gems ?

Are you using "sudo"? (i.e. "sudo gem install rspec")

I don't really understand. :)
If i don't use "sudo" i can't install rspec .My user is a standard user
only,
So for install rspec used "sudo" and i have this error message.
