Thank for the help, justincase.

I had to put it one level deeper.
Apparently the path has to be:

/Applications/Locomotive2/Bundles/rails112.locobundle/powerpc/lib/ 
ruby/gems/1.8/gems/rails-1.1.2/lib/rails_generator/generators/components
