[Locomotive-users] tailing the log automatically?

hi happy locomotive users.
i'm new on the list. i've no idea, if this will destroy threading
for some of you (sorry for that) but i wanted to suggest just the
same thing and as i've just subscribed and did't receive the original
email i couldn't just reply to it so i just copied the thread from
the webarchive.
i could imagin that it can be implemented as folows:
- a.t.m. if you invoke the terminal with command-t your local
settings get executed (.profile, .bashrc, whatever) and then a
locomotive-setting file is executed to set the environment variables.
right?
- if another keytroke (command-l comes to my mind) would do the same
and just run tail -f log/ENV[environment] as the last command?
this would be really usefull. there even could be another command
for the webserver log.
