[Locomotive-users] Newbie: Smoketest failed - following help page

Hi,

Looks like a great product, very exciting, but
mysterious.  Installed 2.0.8 on OS X 10.4.8 w/ MySQL
5.0 

statement "ruby script/generate controller say"
worked, then..

 ruby script/generate migration addMonkeys failed
with:

thought maybe cause no database created, but same
after creating dev db.  Haven't found logs yet, but
thought I'd beg help ala newbie.  How should I
diagnose this?
