[Locomotive-users] 2.0.8 - can't start app because of xml-simple?

I am trying a small test app with Loco 2.0.8. I think I have everything
setup correctly, yet it doesn¹t work.

I installed Loco 2.0.8. I updated Rails to 1.1.6. I changed the Rails Gem to
1.1.6 in environment.rb. I sudo gem installed rubygems and xml-simple. I
³added existing² to 2.0.8

Yet, on startup, the basecamp.rb file quits with this message to mongrel.log
.... ³The Œxml-simple¹ library could not be loaded.² Of course, it is
loaded. So, that¹s odd.

Also, I didn¹t specify mongrel as the server, so it¹s a little confusing to
me that mongrel is the server.

I¹m sure I¹m doing something really small but wrong. Any ideas?
