[Locomotive-users] locomotive not connected with localhost

first, it excuses my English badly.

I have installed version 2.08, when pressing in the button run the  
navigator and soon cmd + b for preview in browser, safari indicates  
to me that it does not connect with the direction localhost

to that it must?
