[Locomotive-users] from Newbie: problem installing downloaded Rails Apps

Hello,

I can only run Rails apps I have created myself using Locomotive.

Whenever I try to install existing Rails apps downloaded from the web,
and run them using Locomotive, my browser always shows the error:

"can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:XXXX"

I have tried editing the following files:
config/database.yml
config/environment.rb

but my browser still cannot connect!

Additional Note: I get the following warning from locomotive, and tried
clicking on "change it
as well as "continue without changing". Both options did not work.

"Warning! The Ruby interpreter referenced this Rails application's
dispatch.fcgi file may not refer to the Ruby in Locomotive. If you choose
to continue without changing this, your application may not function
properly - or at all! Choosing 'Change It' will change the dispatch.fcgi
shebang line to: '#!/usr/bin/env ruby'"

Please help if you can. Thank you,

MZ
