Getting all the documentation in place is a work in progress...
Initially (in the very early Locomotive releases), I deliberately
removed all documentation as they're really quite big (~50Mb).  More
recently I've been trying to have them in there - but a series of
small problems with the Locomotive2 bundles forced me to rebuild them
several times and the docs, inadvertantly, didn't make it into all
(any?) of the final bundles.  Hopefully they will make it into the
next round properly.

Now, whether or not the TextMate Ruby bundle will be able to find them
without modifying that bundle is another question....
