[Locomotive-users] Rmagick bundle not working?

If you are basing your need of a Tiger DVD on this line from the Apple page:
"Note 10.4 customers can install X11 by using the Tiger DVD installer disk."
I believe that what they are saying (poorly) is that "You may opt to
use the Tiger DVD installer disk if you would rather not download the
(relatively large) installer from here." I'm pretty sure you end up
with the same package either way.
