[Locomotive-users] Problems with 2.0.7 during app creation

Interestingly I have the same problem, when I tried to get Loco up
and running on an old G4/400 Sawtooth running OS X Server 10.3. Loco
spins its wheels trying to create a new application, and my current
apps just turn right off when I try to run them. No error messages,
no console. I gave up, it wasn't worth the headache; but if this
seems to be a larger problem, I'll try and help.
