[Locomotive-users] Terminal won't start.

I have just installed locomotive 2.0.7 and receive the following error if I try
to open a terminal window.

"Rails Terminal Configuration Error
There was an error configuring your terminal. If this problems persists, please
file a bug report."

Does anybody have any idea what this means?  Are there log files somewhere that
might lead me to figure out what is happening?
