This is a bug in Terminal. At some point you hit "Use settings as default"
from the Terminal "Window Settings" dialog in a Locomotive-opened Terminal.
To get rid of this, open a Terminal (normally or from within Locomotive,
doesn't matter) and execute:
defaults write com.apple.Terminal ExecutionString ""
and it should go away.
