[Locomotive-users] Issue with fcgi gem update

Love Locomotive -- it really helps when you're working on multiple
projects. But I lost a lot of time today trying to get around a gem
update to fcgi. The extconf.rb can't find the fcgiapp.h
includes. I had to manually supply the include directory. In
looking at the errors (mkmf.log) there seem to be some hard-coded
includes to Ryan's machine -- that aren't going to work on mine.

For those interested: You can update fcgi by doing,

gem install fcgi -- --with-fcgi-include=/Applications/Locomotive2/
Bundles/rails112.locobundle/i386/include

(rails112.locobundle may be different depending on the bundle you're
using)
(i386 - will be different if you're on a PPC-based mac)
