Does anyone know what the cause of this error is:

  Errno::ECONNREFUSED in MainController#index

Connection refused - connect(2)

RAILS_ROOT: /Users/jackwu/Sites/LA
/public/../config/..

I am hosting this site locally on my machine and
 do not understand why it can't connect to itself.
