The /lib directory is under ports/

The overall bundle format is completely different between Locomotive 1 & 2.
Why can't you use Locomotive2?  You could try replacing the contents of the
ports/ directory with the contents of the framework/ directory, but I'd be
pretty surprised if that worked.
