[Locomotive-users] problem launching rails app

<FIRST OF ALL THE NO LINES LONGER THAN 80 CHAR IS ANNOYING>

Hi this is my first post.
I'm having problems launching my rails app.
Here is the error in console.app.  I chmod'ed the dispatch.fcgi to 777.

FastCGI backend make sure you use the FastCGI enabled version.
You can find out if it is the right one by executing 'php -v' and it should 
display '(cgi-fcgi)' in the output, NOT (cgi) NOR (cli)
