[Locomotive-users] fastcgi + locomotive

OK fixed this.

I was missing a gem (required in my application) that I re-installed.

During the fiasco, I re-isntalled locomotive. I must have lost the original
gem.

(Don't know how I fixed the original problem, apart from probably the
re-install.)

Hope this helps someone else out.
