[Locomotive-users] Locomotive (Not Responding)

Something is wrong with my Locomotive since I rebooted my system this  
morning:  it does not start up.

I moved the old /Applications/Locomotive2 to a backup and tried  
installing a new version.  However, this did not work.

There is a Locomotive process running but it is reported as (Not  
Responding).  I can Force Quit it and retry but I get the same thing.

What can I do?  Is there a way to completely uninstall it?
